Fat Free Chicken Recipe

Don’s Fat Free Smothered Chicken Recipe

This is a great meal to use left-over chicken or fried chicken from Don’s fat free fried chicken recipe.

4-6 Left over chicken breast or raw chicken breast
½ cups chopped bell Peppers
½ cup chopped onion 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
2 Bay Leaves
½ tsp seasoning salt
½ tsp Wostester Sauce
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Jalapeno
½ cup Butter Spray (I can’t believe it’s not butter)
2 tbsp Brown Gravy mix

Blend the garlic and jalapeno and grind. Then sauté the garlic and jalapeno mixture in some butter (I can’t believe it’s not butter). Then add the chopped up onions, mushrooms and bell peppers to mixture and sauté. Add a packet of gravy to the mixture and 2 cups of water. Add seasoning salt and black pepper and bay leaves and the wostester sauce and let it simmer. Add left over chicken to sauce and let it simmer for 20-40 minutes. If using raw chicken breast bake the chicken with some seasoning salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

Let bake for 20 minutes. Then add to sauce to simmer for 20-40 minutes.
